As a service-oriented company, we are very much aware that our human resources and the skill sets of our workforce will be the biggest factors in generating superior results for our clients. For this reason, we have selected only senior team-members for our project manager, supervisor and heavy equipment operator roles, all of whom have between 10 and 20 years’ experience in the plantation industry. Each also has the required experience in handling more than 10 different projects on very different land conditions.
We have proven that we can manage hard-land, swamp-land and rurally based projects equally well. In fact, with our experience and successful teamwork, we have proven ourselves capable of finishing a number of projects with such high levels of customer satisfaction that they have led to repeat projects. We also conduct in-house training so that all staff develop the skills they need to eventually move up the career ladder: we firmly believe in “jobs for life”
